Apple ยังไม่ใช่เจ้าของ trade mark iPad

กำลังหวั่นๆ ใจกับ ชื่อ โดเมนที่จดใหม่ ว่า apple จะว่าไงนะ แต่สำรวจข้อมูลจากแหล่งตางๆ แล้วมันมีปัญหาว่า apple ไม่ใช่คนแรกที่จดทะเบียน แต่ apple คิดชื่อนี้หลังคนอื่น แถมคนอื่นจดทะเบียนเรียบร้อย

แทนที่จะกลัว apple ว่า ตอนนี้กลัว fujisu ว่าแทนล่ะ เพราะเจ้านี้เขาบอกชื่อนี้เป็นชื่อที่เขาจดทะเบียนก่อน

จากข้อมูลจากลิ้งค์ข้างบน ตอนนี้ apple ไม่มีสิทธิ์ในการห้ามใช้ชื่อ iPad ใน domain name เหมือนยังมีปัญหาเรื่องการจดทะเบียนกับ Fujisu เข้าใจว่ายังไม่มีสิทธิ์ในเทรดมาร์คนี้ แล้วแบบนี้เราจดก่อน เขาจดทีหลังใครผิดอ่ะ Sad

ถ้าแปลข่าวไม่ผิด

apple ซื้อ ipad.com จากคนอื่นแล้ว คนที่จดมาขายก็รวยไปเลย

    ล่าสุด Apple ประกาศ iPad เป็น Trademark ของเขาแล้ว

    แต่ดูจากข้อมูลการจดทะเบียน ณ ปัจจุบัน apple ยังไม่ได้รับการรับรองจาก

    ตามที่เข้าใจในอเมริกาจึงยังจดทะเบียนไม่เสร็จ แต่ในบางประเทศรับรองแล้ว เช่น Hongkong , Europe
